The red is a little public park and you can fish from there but it's always packed with minorities. Other option would be to park at that park on the south end of the pic and then walk back up and try to get near the jetty. But I think there's people there a lot too and I would be pissed if I walked up there with all my shit and it was full of brown people.
I saw dude at that park recently with a little rig that looked cool. One of those old people grocery basket things with wheels and the PVC rod holders on it and a 5gal bucket in there with tackle. If I could get one of those and put some fat sand tires, it would make the walk easier.
