>>1653010You are completely right, its a guided everest base camp trek. The company is "Ace the Himalayas" and so far its all been great. As far as leave you behind... they seem pretty fucking concerned with how we are doing every day, taking oxygen readings and stuff.
I'm not on the whiny side of things but some of my fellow travelers are a little on the softer side and they are being cared for VERY well by the guides and porters.
My man Rahm here is a great dude. Also fun story, when we asked him about his wife he said 'the mountain wife or the kathmandu wife?" ah what a life!
