Part 2 of 2
Caught several smaller bass along the shore with whopper but they stopped hitting top when the sun came up so i switched beetlespin. Caught a few smaller bass and crappie on that, tight to shore. Switched to a zoom toad in the lillys and caught afew dinks but bite slowed down.
I moved away for the thick of the pads and worked outer edge of pads. Started hammering them on black hollowbody in the pads and white chartuce chatter with gold blade beside pads.
Anchored for lunch and between bites this 20.5"fish smashed my black frog. Caught several more smaller bass on beetlespin but ran out of water (high of 95) and had to call it.
Next day I came down with the coof. Been on my ass, missing the tug. Hope to get better and target snakehead next. Hope you guys are fishing topwater.
