I'm hardly the first... "Postie Bike Challenge" had been going for over a decade, Nathan Millward and his book, onetenmotorcycles, a couple of Postie-specific riding clubs... There's been a bit of an Internet presence for touring Posties one-and-off over the years, the individual sites rarely last for too long, but the overall idea keeps going.
