I have a few stories, here is one from the Siskiyous out in Williams:
>2021>Early spring so a friend and I take his truck to go snow shoeing>Walking for a while, keep feeling like I'm being watched>Dread rises>Friend and I look eachother in the eye at the same exact time and point in the same direction>Tell each other it feels like something's been watching us from that way>Dread intensifies>Turn around>Find mutilated rabbit corpes on the way back hung up in a doug fir>That wasn't there before when we were hiking up>Blood all over the snow it looks like the rabbit had to have been squeezed dry>We walk faster>Arrive to the truck>It's stuck. Like snow waspiled around the wheels>the dirt road the truck is on was also too skinny to turn around>sheer cliff to my right it feels like I'm being watched from the treeline at the top of it>I have to dig the truck out while friend backsout down the road>sweating my ass off drspite the coldStill not sure what was going on there
