The property owner may let you build a tool shed to store stuff such as a lawnmower, ladder stands, picnic table, BBQ and other things you don’t want to haul back and forth but of course you’re not taking it with you when you give up the lease, (or the land is sold) so I’d suggest getting a steel shipping container for use as a shed, which is more secure and you can take with you when you leave.
