Ankle support, insanely comfortable. Last thing you want is your feet aching early on a hike. They're pretty lightweight, they're at the lower end of the price range, they've lasted me a year so far.
They air out really quickly when it comes to snow or water just by walking in my experience. Also no one wears them so you'll look tech af, not your traditional keen/salomon.
Otherwise, I like Oboz.
