But its not for everyone. I've seen a lot of college graduates come through for work and leave after a year. The money isn't great true, but I think its mostly culture shock. The summer heat scares people away too.
There are crazies, but very few people who are actually dangerous. Most are just depressing. For the most part I'm overwhelmed by peoples generosity.
If you have the money, what you actually want is property on a freshwater river, not the coast.
