I guess the implication there is that most people don't deliberate information and come to their own conclusions through the use of reason, which is why both SJW liberals and MAGApede conservatives are so predictable; they just believe the last thing they were told, or in other words they have this preconceived set of 'truths' laid out for them by their 'side' and their 'side' is always right in their mind.
Of course the irony is that the NPC meme itself has fallen victim to this phenomenon; if you do or say X you're an NPC, you should do Y to be based and redpilled.
Sadly it probably won't go away anytime soon until an even more epic maymay that owns the libs or X group of people comes along. Its annoying as fuck to see it infest every board, much like with the boomer meme, but that's just the nature of the internet these days.
Also I'm certain that woman is either trolling or pretending to be stupid for attention (or both).
