Less than 5% of TX meets this criteria and there is more land east of TX that meets this criteria than there is in TX. Whereas as much as 60% of the surface area of some of the mountain states meet this definition. TX is the 5'9 man that acts like he's 6'0 in a room full of 7'4+ men, the east coast is even worse though but the arguments of a 5'8 and 5'9 man are of no concern to the 7'4+ men.
Statistically if 8,750 is to a 5'9 man, then 6,650 is equivalent to a 4'5 man, and the shortest state of the west (OR, 11,250) is 88.7 inches tall (7'5).
