>forced to go as i didnt bring flashlight
>slow sprint back while clapping and shouting to scare off bear
>sun is now completely gone, still 20 minutes of hiking left, only light source being my samsungs flashlight
>sudden noise in bushes behind me, stop abruptly

Wasn't eaten though I most definitely deserved to be. I'll never know for sure what animal those eyeballs belonged to.
