this one is gonna sound crazy, but swimshorts and flip flops. If its cold and pouring rain, it will straight up be warmer to be in breathable clothes that dont soak and stick yo you when youre hanging around camp, even if its 40 degree out. This is only advice for when literally everything you own is soaking wet and its not gonna get dry anytime soon.
