But it's annoying, especially on knives, I'm no steel snob and use anything from 420HC up.
I just expect them to have decent heat treatment and for the fuckers to not lie too much about what steel it is.
And the fucking knives off AliExpress have failed both of my requirements in my personal experience.
Want to sell a knife made of Pot Steel #113? Sell it as simply "Stainless Steel", got some Lindbloms Knivar knives that do that "Stainless Steel", half the price of a Mora, some shops allude to the possibility of it being 5cr13.
Fucking nice knives for the 4-10€ they cost me.
