I can't sleep in a hammock, and a lot of our trees are shitty lodgepole pines, lots of standing dead with questionable root structures. They are subject to massive blowdowns. Entire campgrounds can be closed because of hazardous tree situations. Pic related, on this occasion I camped in an area not subject to trees falling on me.
