Ah, the first of only 2 cups of Mountain Mint tea this season. I moved some wild plants from another section of my property to a place where I can get them to spread more easily. It is a clumping mint instead of a "running" mint, so it is not invasive like other mints. The flavor is a bit like peppermint mixed with wild bergamot or horsemint. It is distinct enough to make it worth growing.
