This thing is water and air-proof, if you get air trapped between it when folding, you won't be able to squeeze it out. Withstood rainstorms just fine. Build quality seems solid, only had it for 1 season but it doesn't come apart anywhere, much better than that MFH crap you can find in European stores and half the price of name brand silnylon tarps.
