>>1573536Fish off the bottom in 18-30 feet, deeper if the lake is clearer, use worm harnesses, jigging raps, or small drop shotted flukes. Saugers tend to be the only ones active on the toughest of days in my experience. They will be most active at night but I've caught nice ones midday.
