Would the back hook in figure 1 be any worse than the front hook in figure 2? In figure 1 the hook will be more towards the middle of the body when tied and for figure 2 it will be on the right side of true middle. Since musky T-bone their prey wouldn't figure 1 have a higher hook up ratio? Does any of this even matter considering the size of the fish? Any personal stories or opinions on the matter?
