These Havoc things are interesting. It's like a U-Tail almost. And I can't wait to get those new Rapala memebaits tomorrow. They don't even have them in stores yet but they look memetastic.

But he made it sound like the saltwater fish love to chase baits that look like their natural prey and the bass are similar but will go for shit they have never seen before if you're going for a reaction strike. And he pretty much said most lakes around here are useless for shad baits and baby bluegill or bass are the way to go. That makes sense because baby bass colored soft baits do some work.
Also now I want to get out on the salt at sunrise but goddamn I want to sleep in tomorrow. If I wanted to wake up at 4:30am, I would've gone in to work for an easy 5hr day.
