>>1842370My CD 25s Rig. This is a Masthead Sloop. The front sail (Foresail) is called the "Jib" in this case its a style of Jib called a Genoa (meaning roughly the foot overlaps the mast). Genoas are usually measured based on how much they overlap the mast. So a 100% Jib would essentially be a "normal" Jib. Overlapping the mast an additional 35% would give you 135% Genoa.
This Sail is on a Roller Furler, meaning the sail rolls up upon it self for both storing and for "reefing" (shortening) sail.
The mainsail I have bent on (attaching a sail to the stays or mast is called "bending on) is a single reef point cruisng sail, I have multiple mainsails for different uses and conditions.
