>>2056410I'm admittedly still learning and tend to go cheap so cant give diverse advice yet really. Pic is my current setup I have been learning things on over the past couple years. Compound is generic off amazon for less than 10 bucks. Belt is shitty bonded leather I wasnt using anymore. Better leather would definitely help but I'm not sure if I would prefer the strop on a board or not. I like the flex when holding in my hand and under a foot. I've got some leather and plan to make a couple other versions. I think I also need some green compound as well which is more coarse and would strop with green first then go to white. I've been looking at the DBK strop and compounds because I want to support their channel and also test out sprays but again I'm a cheap bastard.
