That was just over 7 years ago. Failure points are usually improper setting on the pressure regulator/faulty pressure regulator, no pressure tank/too small of a pressure tank, no/improper torque arrestors, leaking line causing the pump to always needing to kick on, or a few other things I'm not remembering.
