This plant. I have no clue. The leaves sometimes appear in shades of gold and burgandy when growing and it seems to be a woody vine that likes to wrap into tree limbs and fences and grow along branches. Berry at ripest color is dark purple nearly black as shown in pic and At beginning of new growth branches are a vivid Burgundy nearly fuchsia color. the inside of the berries is a translucent nearly white light purple fruit with a clear juice.
