>>2322335 is probably my best albertosaurus tooth. The blue colouring is from the copper in the ground, similar to the colour that bone valley shark teeth have. Picrel is the largest tooth Ive found at 4 inches. Both teeth were found on the same bluff. They were so obvious that pretty much anybody could have seen the bright colour as they walked by, but nobody ever goes out there so nobody finds them. When I ask farmers in the area if I can look on their land, many don't even believe there is anything to be found. And yeah I know accessible land is generally tougher to find in the lower 48, and it's not exactly easy up here either. Imo the best thing to do is get access to research papers and sitemaps, and read everything you can. I've got an enormous library on my computer of papers, studies, and books about Fossils and artifacts in Canada. A lot of it is finding a formation you're interested in, and then spending weeks scouting sites and getting nothing until you find a spot that produces.
