I got an eagle 128L with internal frame because it was on sale
it's a house on your back but kelty made it ride surprisingly comfortably and even with 90lbs in it it doesn't dig in anywhere

it's comfy and the space is great
I don't usually need all the room but the few times I have filled it I was glad to have it like a summer fishing trip that had me packing for 4 nights+fishing stuff and an inflatable kayak

I don't travel continuously when I go out I get to a place and stay there a long time so it doesn't matter if my bag weights 60lbs when I first start out

I have an eagle 128
I haul a 4 man hot tent and an inflatable fishing kayak in it and I still don't fill it
I should have just bought like an 80 liter and it still would have felt like the huge pack I wanted
