Yes seeing someone get blown up gives you PTSD later. but there are many other causes of a person to "struggle" day in and day out.
What you claim is that any other cause of anxiety or depressive disorder arent as real because the sufferers arent in combat. they cannot be compared to the general population because that is an extreme scenario.
