I am convinced my grandfather will have died long ago if he didn't have to care for two olive trees, a fig and his pride and joy a bunch of grapevines around the perimeter of the garden.
Then again there are bad days. A paper plant died on me for no apparent reason a few days ago and the anxiety for the rest is quite high now. Also if you get a large plague you can very quickly feel powerless.
On the other hand today I found a ladybug on a pepper and that little thing made my day.
