>>294713What do you mean? I know peat moss acidifies the soil which is what the strawberries want (acid soil). In all the 'strawberry soil mixtures' I almost always see it calling for some amount of peat moss so are you sure about this? Also, I have never, ever seen coconut coir for sale either. I live in SoCal (Zone 10A) so I wouldn't know where the get that and I know the major garden stores don't carry it.
