Most of the video mine captures ends up in the trash. Hours and hours of video to get maybe 2-3 seconds that are worth keeping. Sometimes it's just a frame I keep.
I like it for racing - I can go back and see my starts, pause the video and look at my line choices, should have done xxxxx different, more aggressive on my cornering, etc. I might go through the video once or twice, but don't usually archive it for further viewing. I'll save a few frames and throw 'em in my pictures, but generally don't keep all the videos.
Don't really have the patience to do productions either. Cool shit, sure, trim and upload to youtube... other than that, intothetrashitgoes.mov.
Went riding yesterday... about 100 miles of this.
