>>570195i was the same way. do pic related. i am by no means a /fit/izen. it works. run every other day. in between running do pushups. doing the pushups is very gratifying. if you have extra weight coming off doing the cardio its going to make your pushup regiment seem like its flying by. take 1 day off maybe do some yoga or something. i used to get winded jogging for 2 mins. now i can go an hour. once you get into the routine it actually is quite enjoyable. just remember its just 30 mins a day. less on pushup days. if you have a treadmill you can rig up your laptop so you can watch a show or movie.
