>>2544877I usually use hydro for peppers and even with kratky and no air stone they do fine as long as you're using a net pot and leave an air pocket. My experience has lead me to believe that it's the lack of oxygen rather than overwatering that's an issue. Ideal soil for peppers is probably sandy loam, or like 1:1:1 compost, loam and sand by my guess.
