>>1566593There's a bit of trailing if you zoom in on the original, but the wider the lens the longer the exposure you can get away with (that was 17mm on a DX sensor, so about 25mm full frame equivalent). I don't know how much it applies to that photo, but trails also depend on what part of the sky you're shooting - they're longer on the celestial equator than at the poles.
