white light is plenty bright for finding stuff in the dark and it's a nice warm shade instead of the eye-searing white of my headlamp
UV is not as bright as you would get in a big boi light, but it's plenty if you're using it in the dark like me and you can see brightly fluorescent items like scorpions at a good distance
very lightweight and compact, easily fits in pocket or pen holders on my jackets
my only complaint is that the half-press on the power button to switch modes is a bit finicky, it's very easy to accidentally turn it off when you're just trying to increase the brightness or switch to UV
