Given your tax levels vs income makes sense your national parks are free and that's nice I guess, but we have tons and tons of public land, state parks, state public land, all free. In fact I just looked it up: the amount of federal land in America (1 million square miles) is BIGGER THAN THE ENTIRE COUNTRY OF FRANCE (250 thousand square miles) lol.
