The foundation was all pure wax, no wires. I'll probably have to replace it frame by frame over the next year. I'm looking to do plastic foundation for my honey supers so I can just scrape and strain. But that's a next year project.
Here's a pic of all the hive beetles I've got within the past 4 hours. Might just put one of these on the other hive too, just in case. I'm really impressed with the quality of this bottom board for the price I paid
