Convert a van you sperglord. The whole point of living in a vehicle is so you don't spend the equivalent of a house ($140k wtf). A used van on offer up is $2-$5k, some are already converted. Toy-haulers and trailers are $5-15k and you don't have to convert them, they're already a house. On the higher end of that, you can get one that is near new condition wise, but is about 6+ years old. Suppose you splurge and go custom on a van or get a clean used RV, you should spend no more than $30k. I recommend a van if you never want to pay for land. You can bum a parking lot each day.
