Germananon here, looking to purchase a country side house and land around the latitude of Vaenern/Vaettern in Sweden and fix it up to have a cozy base for scandinavian adventures.
Has anyone here done this and could share any advice on location, price range, anything to look out for?
I've already spoken with various real estate agents and looking in the 300-400k SEK range, paying straight cash. Love cycling, hiking, building and the relative silence of the countryside.
