Nowt like a dawn Tryfan run! Can be up and down in no time and it gets you in the mood!
A nice one is to walk from the A5 up to Carnedd Llewelyn via fynnon llugw. It is a great walk up to the ridge, then, Follow the ridge down a little scramble onto the proper ridge to Carnedd Dafyyd and follow it back to the A5, descending Pen yr Ole Wen.
Not too strenuous and covers some nice ground
