Dropping my question in here
I live in a pretty isolated area and there's no outdoor stores close to me, I buy all my stuff online and I need a pair of trousers.
Obviously I don't have the advantage of trying them on and last time I bought some they were far too baggy, so I turned them into shorts (luckily I'm one of those that wear shorts all year round).
But now I really do want a pair of trousers, nothing fancy. What I do want is a length to cover ankle-height shoes (pic, wish i could afford hedgehogs) and for the trousers to fit like a slim-fitting pair of jeans, not too wide around the ankle.
Any tips on sizing?
