Maybe Great Basin National Park but it's neither as big nor as accessible as Glacier. Plus they have mountain lions which aren't really any better. The better solution is to just face your fears and carry bear spray, your life will be better for it. Bear attacks are still extremely rare and overwhelmingly happen to people who were asking for it when they do.
