I started my peppers two days ago
I'll start my peppers sometime in February but I can get away with starting them later.
Cold weather crops like kales, cabbage, lettuce, cilantro, etc, etc i start over the next few months after that on whim and available light space. But you can get away with starting them a few weeks before your areas last frost date.
