I inoculated agar, cleaned and transfered and then inoculated millet. Things went smoothly up to this point. But then I added the fully colonized grain to a pasturized h-poo, straw, coco, vermiculite sub. Once that colonized I added a verm/peat casing layer as thinly as possible. I lost two of my 6qt shoeboxes to tric. The other 4 made it to full colonization. Only two ended up fruiting. I think i didn't properly pasturize the straw.
