Look at Seattle and Portland, which is where Denver and Austin will be in the next decade or so. My best bet is after Denver and Austin, Helena and Boise will follow. This doesn't go /just/ for the state capitals, but how the capitals go also generally effect the rest of the states atmosphere as well. They will stay red areas for the most part but will have to deal with the cuckening from their state govts. Texas, Washington, Oregon and Colorado are all dealing with this nonsense.
