Timex Expedition. It was cheap (under 45usd), has been durable and reliable for the two or three months I've owned it, and has a nice functional-but-aesthetic style that I like a lot.
I've worn it out in the woods, swimming, and on a construction job without any hiccups. It's been banged around, been underwater, had paint spilled on it, and it still looks clean and decent enough to wear with nicer clothes and not look out of place. I've actually worn it every day since I've owned it, which is saying something considering I haven't worn a watch in years and years. It's nice to be able to just glance at my wrist instead of having to pull out my phone to check the time. It has some nice features, like a simple, clean watch face that's easy to read, and can even be temporarily back-lit when you depress the dial knob, which is great if you want a quick glance in really low light. It also has a resemblance to the old Hamilton military watches, which are way out of my price range since I'm just a guy in college who works a part time job.
I'd definitely buy it again, but I'd like to get a nicer watch in a few years, maybe a Hamilton, when I have a real job and I'm out of school.
