I bet no one will care if you park your car over night there since their seems like there is a trail head there anyways. so I would say if the linville gorge is any comparison I would say the growth will be very thick and you ether machette it or you will need to wait until fall to cut through it. but as far as illegal camping looking on google maps it looks pretty scenic . If you camped on one of the creeks and stayed out of a flood zone you should have a pretty comfortable camp site where you can make love in private . If I barely see park rangers asking me for a permit in linville or shinning rock then you shouldn't see any forest jannies here in the middle of nowhere.
