I normally bag my limit which is 5 for myself and 5 for my girlfriend when we keep Gray Snappers And we try to only keep 15-17 inch fat Snappers 10 inches isn't worth keeping. I've never had a problem with freezer burn either and honestly I prefer to not freeze fish I like to enjoy it fresh being how it's really not hard to catch Gray Snapper you can bag 5 15 inch Snappers in sometimes an hour if the bite is slow.
