So I've lost 15 pounds in the last 2 months and am now halfway to my goal of 200. My diet plan has been to pass on second helpings at dinner, replace 2 drinks per day with mineral water, and halve the red meat and dairy intake in my diet. I'm still not getting much exercise but losing extra paunch makes it a lot easier when I decide to go hiking or ride my bike.
