I do exercise with resistance bands regularly, my best one is rated for 50-125lbs depending on how far you pull it so I assumed there was at least some translation.
Do you have an opinion on the one I posted? I'll go to my nearest archery shop tomorrow and get them to let me test a few draw weights, see what I can actually handle.
