>>802415I reccomend checking the pwd 143 pdf, but if you haven't checked it out (which I'm just guessing) typically they have you add up things from how long it has/hasn't been registered, how much you money you paid (for taxes) etc. when I purchased my John in Austin the guy was cool and signed off only on 100$, but there's a different form with the chart for adding fees, is he going with you to TPW on the day of sale?
