As a RMfag who's never been /out/ east I genuinely look forward to a trip out there one day, mainly for mushrooms and dense forests with not a metric fuckton of elevation gain/ loss. My sister in law lives in WV so that's excuse enough to drop my wife and kids off then disappear for a week with my pack.
